Storage of Information

All information gathered by us for a particular client is accessible only by:
  • Our account lead/representatives for the sole purpose of conducting and consulting for the client about their engagement
  • Our system administrator(s)
  • The authorized and identified client representative(s) themselves

Security

All information, not just the sensitive information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All of our databases are password-protected to ensure that unauthorized users cannot access sensitive data. If you have questions regarding the security practices employed by us please send your inquiries to webmaster@csiwhq.com

Tracking Information

We collect no personal information about you when you visit our site, unless otherwise stated and unless you choose to provide this information to us. However, we automatically collect and store the following information:

  • the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain from which you access the Internet (i.e. 123.456.789.012) whether yours individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet Service Provider (ISP),
  • the date and time you accessed our site,
  • the pages you peruse (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page), and
  • the Internet address of the Web Site from which you linked directly to our site.

We use the summary statistics to help us make our site more useful to visitors, such as assessing what information is of most and least interest to visitors, and for other purposes such as determining the site's technical design specifications and identifying system performance or problem areas.

This information is not shared with anyone beyond the support staff to this home page, except when required by law enforcement investigation, and is used only as a source of anonymous statistical information.

We use this same tracking in several places, including polls and surveys. If you'd like more information about our email functions, please contact us at webmaster@csiwhq.com.

Comments Sent by E-mail

You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in an e-mail message containing your comments or questions. We use this information to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. There are times when your message is forwarded, as e-mail, to other employees or contractor employees who may be better able to help you. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, we do not share our e-mail with any other outside organizations.

Communications

Our systems and technology manages our permission e-mail lists for communication to our clients. We don't rent, sell or broker e-mail lists. We don't support spamming, and don't allow our customers to spam. We monitor the bounce and unsubscribe activity for all of our customer lists in order to detect patterns we believe are counter to a truly permission-oriented system. Our services are designed to be 100% permission-based and our customers all subscribe to that model. We support confirmed opt-in/out features. Messages generated by our systems have valid headers and our customers are encouraged to utilize our opt-out features in all their mailings.

If you've received email from our systems it's possible you received a message that utilized our automated bounce management feature. It places a unique identifier in the from or reply-to address that helps us identify the intended recipient of the original email. So, if a recipient elects to opt-out by replying to a message, or a message can't be delivered, we can figure out who, specifically, that message came from or relates to - and take the appropriate action. Typically that action will be an immediate opt-out from a list.

If you believe you've been the victim of unsolicited e-mail originating from our systems, please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail at webmaster@csiwhq.com to remedy the situation.

Sharing Information

CSI and DeLeeuw Associates do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information whether collected by our tracking technology or received by our clients. Nor do we allow one customer to access the data of another customer. When CSI and DeLeeuw Associates collect personally identifiable information for any of our clients, that information belongs to those respective clients and is subject to their polices on sharing, collection, transfer, usage, access, and disposal of the end user information.

Note to Clients

CSI and DeLeeuw Associates will make the best effort to ensure the protection of client data by complying with our privacy laws and adhering to the highest industry standards on privacy. While we have security measures, such as non-disclosure and confidentially agreements, and firewalls in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your user data under our control, we cannot completely guarantee that will not occur. We are very committed to take every reasonable precaution to prevent such unfortunate occurrences through our above security measures.
