Conversion Services International Adds Global Publisher to Client Roster

—CSI Selected to Conduct Business Intelligence Best Practices Site Assessment, Strategy and Planning Engagement, and Data Warehouse Implementation; Closes 12th Strategy Agreement This Year—

EAST HANOVER, N.J. (September 11, 2007)-- Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services firm focused on business intelligence and business process optimization solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced the addition of  a $410 million, global publishing client to its growing client base, including 44 engagements with 14 media and publishing clients.

This media client wanted to define a strategic information architecture aligned with business strategy that can provide analytic capabilities to generate maximum revenue and create a platform for future integration of information that is collected or created from across multiple business units.  In addition, they want to reduce customer churn, increase subscriber base, leverage customer demographic information for cross-selling, and reduce costs by creating more efficient targeted marketing campaigns to attract new subscribers.

They chose CSI because its business intelligence strategy methodology considers the client’s entire information management environment and develops a strategy culled from recent experience enabling best practices worldwide and considering advances in the vendor community.  Working with this client, CSI is defining business requirements and mapping out key ways to ensure consistency of information and the integration of operational systems, improvement of overall data quality, and enrichment of existing information within a new data warehouse environment.  This type of program will empower staff with establishing standards and instilling best practices for delivering information-centric solutions, provide an information source that can be drilled down into the details beyond summaries or aggregate values.  

Additionally, CSI will implement Business Intelligence tools that deliver graphic representation of data as well as “what if” analysis, ensuring a significant adoption rate and turning this data-rich organization into an information-rich organization.  This strategy engagement will organize future operational and analytic requirements into discrete projects that are to be delivered in a phased approach and prioritized by both value and measurable ROI within the data warehouse.
