Conversion Services International Awarded $1.5 Million Contract to Provide Business Process Reengineering Services for Major Financial Advisors Organization

-Reengineering program targeted to improve customer service delivery and expense management performance-

EAST HANOVER, N.J. (February 20, 2007) - - Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced details of a $1.5 million engagement to provide business process reengineering services for a major financial advisor in the U.S.

This client seeks to improve the quality of services provided to all customers in its retirement services division, while allowing for differentiated service levels for key clients. The goal is to dramatically impact the quality of the customer experience and not focus on pure cost reduction. The client chose DeLeeuw Associates — the strategic consulting arm of CSI — to implement this reengineering project based on its reputation for exceptional results. DeLeeuw’s unique approach to business process reengineering allows for increased growth capacity while maintaining the current expense levels within the client’s current financial mode. Leveraging DeLeeuw’s expertise in business process improvement and customer architecture, as well as Six Sigma tools and methodologies, the engagement involves defining and implementing customer service models, streamlining process flows and aligning people, process and technology from end-to-end. The benefits of this approach include a roadmap of key success metrics from a customer, process and profitability perspective in the near-term as well as beyond 2007.

According to Bryan Carey, CSI’s senior vice president of strategic consulting and managing director of DeLeeuw Associates, “Dramatic results can be achieved quickly and sustained with a common-sense approach to process improvement. At DeLeeuw Associates, we leverage traditional process reengineering along with Six Sigma tools and a customer-centric strategy. We have nearly two decades implementing successful process improvement initiatives. This allows our clients to leverage best practices that are proven over time with the most up-to-date techniques. They can then quickly assess and implement change that dramatically enhances the customer experience and, in turn, maximizes growth and profitability.”
