Million Contract to Provide Business Process Reengineering

announced details of a $1.5 million engagement to provide business
process reengineering services for a major financial advisor in
the U.S.
This client seeks to improve the quality of services provided to
all customers in its retirement services division, while allowing
for differentiated service levels for key clients. The goal is to
dramatically impact the quality of the customer experience and not
focus on pure cost reduction. The client chose DeLeeuw Associates
— the strategic consulting arm of CSI — to implement this
reengineering project based on its reputation for exceptional
