Conversion Services International Provides Assessment and Advisory Services

-First year of advisory service nets wins for CSI client-

EAST HANOVER, N.J. (December 18, 2006) - - Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced success milestones from its one-year engagement with a $2 billion national retail chain.

The retail chain selected CSI from among a number of vendors to assess their enterprise information environment — including their nascent data warehouse program — through CSI’s Data Warehouse Best Practices Site Assessment, Strategy and Planning service followed by CSI’s Retainer-Based Mentoring, Advisory and Staff Development service. CSI was selected because of its experience and strategic focus on leveraging corporate information, as well as its vendor-neutral approach to enterprise information management.

Under the advisory of industry thought leader, William McKnight, CSI’s senior vice president of Data Warehousing, the client has implemented several initiatives focused on optimizing their corporate performance. The client was able to leverage more fully the Business Objects technology they had already invested in. They have since progressed the implementation of BusinessObjects™ Workforce Analytics, Sales and Marketing Effectiveness Analytics and Product Performance Analytics, as well as built a series of management reports and executive dashboards. CSI’s advisory services have helped this client achieve a greater depth of knowledge of their corporate performance which will result in enhanced customer profiling, optimization of inventory assortment by location, product performance and management insights and financial performance and management insights.
