Conversion Services International Helps Loan Servicing Company Mitigate Risk and Standardize on Best Practices

EAST HANOVER, N.J., October 17, 2005 - Conversion Services International, Inc. (AMEX: CVN; "CSI"), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced it has completed two phases of a three-phase engagement for a major U.S.-based loan servicing organization. Initially contracted to conduct a strategic assessment of that organization's reporting environment, CSI has also helped improve the company's overall performance by instituting the changes necessary to "decouple" analytical and operational reporting.

The inherent complexities of loan processing, as well as regulatory reporting requirements, necessitate stringent data quality initiatives and close to real-time reporting. In this particular engagement, the client had amassed a number of disparate databases, which created data duplication as well as reporting challenges. To avert further data management challenges - plus set forth a firm foundation for continued growth - CSI created a road map that considered existing business processes and IT investments. Through CSI's recommendations, the loan servicing company was able to improve the overall performance of their Oracle-based environment.
