Joseph Santiso Appointed to Conversion Services International Board of Directors
EAST HANOVER, N.J. (May 23 2005) -- Conversion Services International, Inc. (OTCBB: CSII) ("CSI"), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering the value in business intelligence, data warehousing and data management solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced that Joseph Santiso was appointed to its board of directors.
Santiso founded The BCI Group in 1991 and currently serves as the company's president. The BCI Group consists of three entities - Breakthrough Concepts Inc., BCI Systems Inc., and BCI Knowledge Group Inc. - that work in conjunction with and complement one another to provide a full range of process-based transformation services, customized software solutions, and knowledge integration and training services to business enterprises with a global presence. Prior to founding The BCI Group, Santiso was the chief accounting officer for Citibank's Stock Transfer Services Division.

Earlier in his career, Santiso was a financial analyst in the Comptrollers Department of the Operational Services Division of Irving Trust Company and a professor of accounting at Jersey City State College. Santiso holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Pace University.
