Lean and Six Sigma Training
DeLeeuw Associates, a division of CSI, provides customized Lean and Six Sigma training. Our approach integrates the best practices of Lean (leveraging the toolset to address process speed) and the best practices of Six Sigma (leveraging the toolset to address process quality), as well as leveraging our deep experience in business process engineering and change management.
