Bryan CareyBryan Carey, SVP, Managing Director Business Transformation Solutions

In 2007, Bryan Carey was appointed senior vice president of strategic consulting and serves as managing director of CSI's Business Transformation Solutions.  Leveraging more than two decades of change management experience in both corporate and consulting environments, Carey and his team have developed proven business transformation tools and methodologies focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, voice of the customer and employee experience.  Carey manages CSI’s business transformation practice which includes Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.  His success is attributed to building teams with the right blend of industry/subject matter expertise with change management skills and knowledge to deliver client-focused solutions and services.  Carey has led Lean Six Sigma roll-out initiatives at NY Independent System Operators, Bank of New York, Cendant Corporation and JPMorgan Chase. He has spoken at numerous Six Sigma events, as well as authored a number of articles on change and project management utilizing Lean and Six Sigma. Carey is also co-author of Following the Happy Path, a blog dedicated to working happier in a complicated work environment.

Prior to joining CSI in 2000 as a senior vice president of Business Development, Carey spent nearly 20 years as an executive in project and change management in the banking industry, including Bank of America. He has held numerous leadership positions in some of the largest mergers and change initiatives in the history of the financial services industry.

Carey holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and a master's degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.
