Lori Cohen Elected to CSI’s Board of Directors

EAST HANOVER, N.J. June 29, 2009 --Conversion Services International, Inc. (OTCBB: CVNS), a premier professional services firm focused on delivering business intelligence and business process optimization solutions to Global 2000 organizations and other businesses, today announced the election of Lori Cohen to its board of directors.

Cohen, recently named CSI’s president and chief executive officer, is a hands-on strategist and leader with more than 25 years of experience in information management, as well as having significant expertise in both the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Her leadership skills and strengths have positioned her as the lead strategist and engagement manager on many of CSI’s high-profile engagements. She has been instrumental in developing the best practices for information management development currently in use at CSI.

Scott Newman, CSI’s chairman of the board and chief strategy officer, said, "Lori brings a wealth of operational and technical experience and knowledge to CSI’s board, and will be a valuable addition to the board of directors. She is a valued member of the CSI team. I think she will add new, fresh insights to our board discussions, gained through her experiences working directly with clients and within CSI’s operations."

Cohen served 13 years as vice president of technology at CSI, prior to assuming her current role as president. She has provided subject matter expertise as well technical expertise to CSI’s global 2000 clients and served on the company’s technical advisory committee (TAC). Cohen holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the State University of New York Oswego.
